Shipping

All our orders are shipped USPS First Class mail. We do this in order to keep the shipping costs reasonable. There is nothing worse than purchasing a $10 item online, and then find out that it has a $ 5.99 " shipping and handling " fee. On average, shipping for a single jewelry item will be $1.75.

BRAND NEW- All orders shipping First Class within the U.S, now never cost more than $5.95! Simply select the "$5.95 First Class Flat Rate" at check out. USPS Priority Mail ( 3 to 5 day delivery ) is available. A flat rate of  $7.99 to U.S. orders applies.

 We ship to any U.S. Postal address and Post office box, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and military addresses ( APO's/FPO's). We also ship world wide. Fees are based on item weight and rated of service and differ slightly from country to country. Please feel free to email us at info@PrideID.com for rates. Do you ship outsite the US?    

We are very excited to offer seamless processing for standard Air Mail Post orders to Canada! As with shipping to the U.S., on average a single jewelry item will incur a $1.75 shipping fee. We are currently working on Global Priority service and hope to integrate it into our shopping cart soon. Until then, please email us at  info@PrideID.com for Priority shipping rates.

WE NOW SHIP INTERNATIONAL! International shipping is now offered. Due to the wide variance in postal cost, both per weight and per country, International orders will be sent an email quote within 48 hours, once the order  is placed. We will then process your order for shipping,  and will provide both  First Class and Priority Shipping options. Once the method of shipping is chosen and payment completed, orders will ship within 48 hours.

 

How are your orders packaged? Do you ship discretely?

 We respect your privacy. All orders are shipped securely and discretely  in either a plain bubble mailer,  tear-proof plastic mailer or a corrugated cardboard box, depending on the item. The return address label will be from our parent company UDJC.

 

What are your methods of payment?  

We accept PayPal for all payments. PayPal is a secure site, and even we as the retailer do not see your payment information. Payments methods include Visa, MC, Discover and AmEx, as well as ECheck. ( We use it for both personal and business use).  PayPal is used by over 87 million members worldwide, and as the global leader in online payments, they offer a secure and reliable environment for making online payments.

You do not have an account thru PayPal to use this service. There is no charge or fee to make a payment.

 It is their policy, and ours,  to never share personal account information with anyone.

We do also accept charge payments thru our manual processor. Although secure, this method of payment is not immediate. Any mis-keyed information (either card number or expiration date) will result in prosessing delays. Declined payments will also result in processing delays. Orders with either invalid or declined payments will be notified by email.

 

 

How will the charge appear on my statement?

 

Charges made manually (not paid thru PayPal) will be processed thru our parent company, Uniquely Different Jewelry Creations and will appear on the billing as:

What is your return policy?

 

     We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item that you ordered is not what you are looking for, please return it within 30 days of placing your order to our P.O. Box, and we will gladly refund your money, less any shipping costs.

DUE TO MICHIGAN HEALTH LAWS- THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON EARRINGS OR BODY PIERCING JEWELRY. If you have any questions, please inquire in advance.

 * PLEASE NOTE: If your item is damaged during shipping or you receive a defective item, please notify us right away for a prompt replacement at no charge. Please notify us of any issues at custsvc@PrideID.com .

 

 

We guarantee our colors not to fade on any of our handcrafted jewelry products. Period.      We use only the best materials available and we are constantly upgrading our products whenever possible. Only glass beads and stone beads are used in our products, never plastic or unfired ceramics. All Sterling Silver materials are .925 pure, and our Gold is 14K fill. All body jewelry is surgical steel. Lobster clasps are only used, as they are the most sturdy and hold up best over time.

 

    We guarantee all the products that we make. If you happen to receive an item with a missing/cracked bead, bent/missing post, bad clasp or other structural flaw, we will gladly replace it up to 6 months from your purchase date. Simply send us back what you've got, and we will repair or replace it ( at our descretion ) free of charge.
