This earcuff is similar to our Triple Band earcuff, but does have 2 differences- 1) while both have 3 bands, this earcuff is of solid construction ( no spaces between the bands) which 2) gives is a narrower profile. It is 3/16" wide and 1/2" across. .925 Sterling Silver
