The pentagram is a talisman dating to the Middle Ages, and is also known as the druid's foot. In the Middle Ages, it was used in magic formulas to gain power over elemental forces. Today it is a symbol of the microcosm.  As a star it provides access to the secret powers that we can use to reach our goals.
